TIme to Go...

You know that its time to go when Andrew is lying in the little kids part not playing anymore and Jonathan is watching himself in the mirror have another melt down. This as we were back over by the cars and wouldn't let anyone else near any of them nor did he want to do anything else.

The Biggest Lite Bright I've Ever Seen

Jonathan enjoyed putting all the colorful pegs into the board.

(his sticker is on his back as he pealed it off the front of him and needed it on in there)

Interactive Floor Game

Nothing like stepping on the ground and it lights up and changes color. Both of them liked this

Overwhelmed

Little Temper Tantrum.... Just incase you forgot I'm almost 2 and I do these things when I don't get my way. This was because he wanted to take off without Andrew and I wouldn't let him..

After a few minutes we were done and on to the next activity.

Sesame Street and Elmo's World

Unlike Andrew at this age, Jonathan hasn't watched alot of Sesame Street. Jonathan knows all the characters on Nickjr. (Max and Ruby, Olivia, Yo Gabba Gabba, Dora,etc...)
Look I'm Elmo!!!
Andrew put up with the "baby" stuff

Strong National Museum of Play...

I knew this place would overwhelm him but I knew he would really enjoy it. Overwhelm and tired he did eventually get. Its funny looking at the top picture I remember Andrew at around 2 watching "fishies" everyday if notseveral times a day, "Fishies" being Finding Nemo. The first thing Jonathan said was Fish and watched them swim for thelongest time. Listening to the kids around us they knew all the characters in Finding Nemo as well.....still popular after almost 10yrs.

Favorite spot for Jonathan...Cars. Yeah no doubt about his likes

I need a Nap...

We came home and he was back to being miserable so it wasn't long before he took his nap.

Tumble TIme Again

Today he was very edgy, Ithink his cold is getting to him. He was moody and had a meltdown on putting his coat on, taking it off...etc... I didn't think he would do muc h in class. He did warm up to doing stuff as he likes jumping and climbing.....

enough to start smiling again. Honestly I think both Andrew and Jonathan need a round of antibiotics at this moment.

TIme to Go.....

Our little get away is done .....time to go home

Every so Often...

It showed we needed a nap and we would sit in one of the chairs and relax for a bit (totally not like him) to the point I thought he would sleep but no just enough to get some energy back and return to the action.

Andrew came over to tell me the fun he was having and the slides he liked

Slide!!

By far Jonathan's favorite thing was this slide. He was on it all the time. I liked being in this part too as they made the water for the little kids warmer than the other area's

Getting creative.....
