 So after, we went to the Easter Egg Hunt at the YMCA . They frosted and ate  cookies

McDonald's for Lunch

Since he didn't get enough energy out I took him up to the McDonald's with a playplace.  Again didn't go well. He snuck out to the bathroom in the back and couldn't get out.  I could hear him screaming  when I went to the back of the restraurant, once I figured out he wasn't in the playarea (not an easy task  since its all tunnels up high) No one around there paid any attention to him screaming except an old man whom was bitching that people are raising their kids to be animals since he could hear him screaming or that a 3 yr old wandered into the bathroom without an adult. Glad to know know people don't give a crap. 

Gymnastics

Jonathan is totally bored in gymnastics and can't stand it.  He loves when he gets a chance to do something but 90% of the time he is sitting or sort of sitting since he doesn't like sitting still.  I got to the point I got tired of yelling at him today and took him home before the class was done.  My camera wasn't working well either here.  Thats the lens that wouldn't open (the dark spots.) ugh... not a good morning.

Reading time

In a week.......

We planted these about 8-9 days ago and they have been outside the ENTIRE time.  Tonight I have to bring them in for the first time as we are expecting a frost. Not bad for being outside in March

Last week there was only buds, now leaves on the liliac bushes

Warm Weather

So usually we have snow and they fill the log with snow and take freshy boiled maple and put it on the snow for Maple Jack.  There was a year there was no snow and they used ice BUT this year there's NO snow and the maple season is done.... which means NO maple jack.  Andrew acting sad that there was none.

This year since they were done collecting the maple syrup and boiling it , they showed how they make maple sugar candy. (and had free samples too)

Merle's Maple Farm

From  one extreme to the other.  Last year we went and it was so cold they couldn't get the sap in since it was WAY below freezing. This year they were done.....
Comepletely done as last week it was so warm the trees are now budding and that's when the season ends. It was in the60's today and suppose to rain most of it but it was dry and less muddy than I thought it would be.

Mr Sneaky was at it again tonight.   He turns everything and gets into everything and little do we know till later what he has done.  Hand soap that foams??? Yeah he snuck it in there and was playing.  He turned off the fridge tonight. And my not so favorite, he mixed apple juice and pasta sauce and stuck it in his  dump truck  and took it for a ride in the living room.
