 Some of the food they served down there.  I ate well there and the food was ....well ... different.  Above are Boudin Balls and the saugage looking thing was also boudin  and chicken egg rolls.  The breakfast of Cajun's .   Thinking Tim Horton's is looking good to me.

This last picture was taken Thursday evening. Not to long after this I went back in the hotel room to find that there was a shooting that took place at the Movie theather not to far from the hotel.  It was a bit scary knowing I was that close but that this is a smaller community and that everybody that I met including the ones not associated with working were warm and friendly.
