Kids, Kids Everywhere
More Christmas Fun
Touch Tank
We got to go and touch a bunch of sea life. They had lobster (with rubber bands on there claws) horse shoe crabs, few different other crabs including hermit , and spider crabs, sea urchin, star fish and sea snails.
Andrew loved touching all of these creatures.
So did Tanner and Jonathan but Jonathan did NOT like the lobster. He would take off away from the tank if you held one near him.
The boys
Looking at fish
and sharks
and an octopus. This pic didn't really turn out as You aren't suppose to take flash pics of the octopus. As they usually stay hidden but the funny this was they had a Mr Potato Head in in a jar floating around and that would bring the octopus out to check it out and try to grab it. So the reddish thing on the rock is the octopus amd above that (more on the upper right) you can see the red nose and white arms of the Mr Potato Head.
The boys in a shark cage.
Niagara Falls Aquarium
Went to the Aquarium with Christy and Tanner today.
Outside we noticed there were 4 sea lions instead of the usual 2. Considering its December we thought that was a little strange. Turns out they were painting the sea lions tank in the museum so they were all together. Of course that means half the aquarium was closed.
Looking at the pengiuns. Jonathan liked that one penguin was looking at him. "Hi penguin, why you looking at me?" he asked him.
