Ready for Trick or Treaters

Trick or Treat

 Jonathan's best friend on our street.  His name is Jax.

I have to say this area is the best kept secret for Halloween.  There's barely any kids that come. A good number of houses do the trick or treating so everybody is more than generous  when they give out candy.  Mr Spoiled was mad that one house ....only one house, gave out only one piece of candy.   The rest gave them handfuls.

New neighborhood.... this is a new one for me.  If we were in Batavia we always went to the street I grew up on.  We miss seeing Grandma and Grandpa.

 So I took the rest of the day off . We went to City Hall and checked out the observation tower.

Halloween School Parade

 They had an assembly and all the kids got to march across the stage and there was singing and music.  They had a great time

 So this year I didn't have a horrible mistake that I ended up having to fix this year and they came out pretty good.  I really like my Happy Halloween pumpkin.  I did turn out better than I hoped and considering I just carved it and didn't plan it out ...even better

 My workers....I hate cleaning out the pumpkins.... Not a big fan carving either although its fun designing them

 They at least stick around to clean out the pumpkins and then leave me to my artistic talents

I got some carpet squares and a little table and am starting to make the basement more appealing. Jonathan already loves the changes and likes to hang out down there.  This will be nice in the winter time
