Had to Go Look

Oe of my favorite shows on TV is "Extreme Home Makeover". I've watched everyyear of the show and in fact watched Trading Spaces when Ty Penington was on that. We went down to see the hoopla of the Unvaling of the home but soon decided that there were too many people and the kids didn't want to wait. Jonathan only likes being held if not moving in the stroller and it was hard to see. The Bills Cheerleaders were there entertaining the crowd at this point.

Bath Time

Forsome reason he needed a bath after that...... He's not too keen anymore about taking baths, unless his brother is in there and there's much more water.

Feeding Time

He doesn't want to be feed, he wants to do it himself. Sometimes its just easier to let him and deal with the mess afterwards.....

New trick....We don't want to sit while eating! Standing is much more fun. Looks like I have to use the seat belts now

Where are Baby's Socks!??!

IF Jonathan had his way he wouldn't ever wear socks. Its a game to take them off, even if I gave him an extra sock he would pull them off anyway. I try to keep them on him and this is what I get 15 minutes later. don't worry he didn't stay out here long without socks on.

Something New to chase

There's no doubt if there are birds around Andrew loves to chase them around like a maniac. I was feeding Jonathan and we noticed something near us... Under the table next to us was a peacock. The top picture Andrew was watching the peacock and getting ready to follow it

Having Fun at the Zoo

Andrew loved watching the bears and we found ourselves near them alot! Jonathan did too

Learning

There was a volunteer in there that was wonderful. At one point we were the only ones in there and she showed everything in there to Andrew and he loved every minute of it. She showed him turtle shells, birds nest and feathers, snake skins. Andrew even had one of the feathers home and that is a turkey feather. Grandpa "4 wheeler" would be proud. I find he likes watching Animal planet and has that on TV instead of the cartoons

Hugs For Sea Lion

Jonathan looks at all the animals in the zoo like they are stuffed animals and he wants to hug them. I could see that when he saw the polar bears. We went to this area called the treehouse at the zoo and they had a big stuffed sea lion. Jonathan was in heaven giving that thing lots of love. I've never seen a kid so crazy about huge stuffed animals and just wanting to burry his face into them

He been a real pain in the butt to feed, He wants to do it himself and not me feed him anymore so I have to find things he can pick up and grab himself. Bits of cheese and teeny tiny apple bits we tried tonight! Baby food is definately out.

What are YOu worried about !?!?

Jonathan looking at Crazy Andrewwhom came along for the seasonal flu shot too. He wasn't happy about getting it and the one that had a bit of a reaction (I hope that's it) is Andrew! He had a fever tonight and I'm hoping its the result of the flu shot and not being exposed to it....we will see tomorrow!

9 Months Old and Time for a Check up

Where is the time going too!! He's already 9 month old!!! He had his check up scheduled today . He's now 20 lbs 4 oz and 29" long!! He's very healthy and was alittle less combative this time. Okay just slightly. The nurses remembered him right away when they tried taking measurements as he gave them a workout last time!! Not my cute little angel! (yeah right) He got a couple of shots..just the flu booster and a ppd. Nothing major thank goodness
