Waiting for me. The boys were playing nicely with the bubbles till I came out in a bathsuit. As soon as Jonathan saw me in mine he took off for the pool (see him in the back ground) Don't worry he now waits for me at the stairs and yells Mommy for me to come. So this has been our life during this hot spell.

Growing up

Its funny how when they get older they somehow choose to start playing with more gender based toys. Okay there's not any dolls around here but a ton of stuffed animals and although we like to hug them this it what we now like to play with. Luckily there is no shortage of cars, trucks or other wheeled toys around thanks to an older brother who could care less.

Finally got Andrew out of the water

We were all dying from the heat today so we went swimming to cool off. Oh did it feel good. After we relaxed in the shade

This year they didn't have the free rides but the Bubble man instead. This was a hit with them. Although I was a bit disappointed I was secretly glad as it would have been hell trying to keep Jonathan from wanting to do the fun house that they have had in years past

Horse and Buggy Ride..... despite Jonathan looking mad with his little lip sticking out he enjoyed his ride. I thought for sure he wouldn't sit still for the entire thing but to him it was like riding in his stroller but only better as mommy was next to him

Bug Bites

Poor little Jonathan.....we went swimming one evening and the next morning he looked like this!! Both sides looked like this. Luckily he does NOT scratch them so he's not miserable and they are slowly going away. They just look bad.

I Did It!!!

I passed my boards to become a Respiratory Therapist!!! All that schooling doesn't mean much if I didn't pass the test. Like the picture?? I wasn't in the mood to have it taken at the beginning of the test. I was MUCH happier and relieved after!! So I took pics this week but all my computer time was spent studying.

Tantrum Time

Its getting to the point were he is at the lovely temper tantrum age. We are having melt downs over very minor stuff. Sometimes its because we are tired and others its not our way but they are a good 5 minutes of throwing ourself on the ground and screaming. This was over getting dressed (shoes and shorts on)
