Botanical Gardens

 So since its been so cold, we went were it feels warmer

 After being in temperatures around the single digits it was nice to be around 30 degrees.  Jonathan loves playing in the snow

 Finally after watching the Movie "Frozen "we decided to be frozen and went to Downtown Buffalo to try it again.

Let it Snow.......

 So there were a few things I was going to do.....go to the botanical Gardens and pretend it was warm was one. Then there was the Festival downtown and the science Museum.  All sounded better when it didn't look like this out.  Back home and start from scratch as what to do as nothing outside or out of the neighborhood was good if you can't see well driving.

 So I knew they have had this ice sculpture downtown all week..... not worried about it melting anytime soon let me tell you!   Cool to see.  Okay down right FREEZING!!!

 2 hours later both told me ....but we just got here.

Things to do

 Even though it was New Years Day they had some activities to do and the kids loved learning about everything.

 They turned nickels to cooper here.

 Both of them liked holding this little bird....
