Orthopedic Doctor

 So we went to our now every 3 month check up with the ortho doctor.  Can't believe we have been doing this a year now.  He's in his braces but during the day doesn't have to wear them. only for night time and naps.  His feet still are stretchy.

The PT did call the Dr and gave me a script for  another brace for his feet as he's very flat footed and tends to curl up his toes and they go another direction when he's excited.  So those will be when he's walking and awake.  Poor kiddo  these silly feet are a lot of work.

 He was great at the office. The doctor stretched his feet and no longer does he scream when he does it

So the new brace will be called SMO's and I have a picture there of what they will look like and he can wear shoes with them. Oh  well... nothing can be as awkward as the braces he's been wearing  for about a year now.

 I love that both of them love their little brother so much.  Alex and Jon were sitting together this morning. Of course Alex moved when I went to take the picture. Doesn't mean that they don't pick on him too but they love to snuggle him and hug him and play with him.

 Jonathan left the bags of chips on the floor... Alex had to check them out. Mmm yummy treats.
Okay....he didn't actually have any.  If you know this kid, he hardly eats what you give him no matter what it is.

 Happy Birthday Andrew!!!  He had fun on the water slides and hoping waves.  He did come over and give his little brother attention

 Jonathan hung around too till the picture below, Alex gave him a love nibble on his nose.   Jonathan was not happy about that.

 Andrew's birthday... time to play. We went over the border and the border guard wished them all a Happy Birthday and especially to Andrew.  Canadian border guard turns out just had a birthday too.

Alex is my little fishy and loves the water. Of course I got more pics of him as he's stuck with me till he can take off on his own.

1 Year Check up

 I'm now 20lbs and 27 3/4 "  Totally healthy and mad that I got pricked and had shots.  Doctor states I probably have acid reflux as my nose is congested all the time and don't like to eat. I think he's allergic to something or a bunch of things.  of course that would cause the acid reflux and so forth too.

Happy Birthday Jonathan!!!

 Jonathan turned 8 years old today.   He had a fun day at school as Moomy got him sugar cookies to pass out and goodie bags for his classmates.  He came home and we got one of his best friends (Evan) to come to Sky Zone with him.

 By the end of the visit Alex was done.  It was his bed time

 But I want to jump too!!!  Still working on walking little guy.

 Jonathan is rough on his shoes and after 2 long months they are needing to be changed.  Alex liked finding shoes and pulling them off the shelves.  He was proud of himself for his pick.

Rockin After Midnight

 I like watching Jimmy Fallon Mom.  I need tostay up more often.   He was snoring like an old man so I cleaned out his nose and oh look I'm up now.

 At least he was happy.   He "slept in" till almost 6 am
