As we were driving down to Philadelphia we passed Williamsport PA, were they where doing the little league world series... Couldn't resist getting a picture of this.

Cooling Off

It was hot today so we went to Darien Lake to cool off. Somewhere in that mob was Andrew and they were waiting for the big bucket of water to fall on them

I want to ride my Bicycle

 We went to Walmart Monday to get a few things and Jonathan found the bikes and was pedaling away there and mad we didn't come home with one. There are several bikes around but the tires are flate and it makes it hard to ride.   I got tired of messing with the old bikes and got him a shiney new one he had his eye on....... He loves it!!  I think I already got my money's worth from him riding it the last 2 days.  He's already asked to take the training wheels off.

 We picked it right out of the garden.... can't get any fresher.   Didn't even want it cooked. Ate it right then and there.

Andrew's been back playing this thing every moment he can. Only comes up for meals if I let him....pretty sure he missed THAT more than me!

Summer in the City

They close down Main St and we get to walk around and see everything. They have a car show there and Jonathan loved looking at all the cars

 They also had a health fair that we  visited. They ate there way around that with the candy

Jonathan's favorite as it said Mater and sons on it and looked a bit Like Tow Mater from the movie "Cars"

 Had to do the Giant wheel at night. Its fun looking down and seeing the sights and with the picture below.

At Night

 Since we went late it got dark.....and it was fun to see the rides all lit up.
      I didn't think till we got to the Park that  there might be a concert tonight. There was and it was at the time EVERYBODY was arriving.  It was a bit crowded but they moved things along pretty well in the parking lot. The park wasn't that crowded because most people went to the concert. Def Leppard and Poison were playing.

 Jonathan calls this ride the scary boats....he loves it though

Darien Lake.

 Last year we went to another amusement park the day Andrew got home from camp but seeing as we have passes here we decided to go.  Jonathan LOVES his bumper cars
