Weber Maple Farm

So we went not to far away to another one. Not nearly the fun as Smith's but they did have Maple Slushies..... you know they loved them. That goes without saying.

So I didn't catch the news and I didn't see it on Facebook either but we went to one of our favorite Maple farms this weekend..... only to see signs that it was closed due to a fire. Sad that we couldn't have fun there and sad that there barn burned down. It was smoldering and you could still smell it when we were there.... I told them it probably burned down last night.
Knowing that they kept animals in the barn Jonathan goes well if the pig didn't make it they have bacon for breakfast. Little did we know.. the pig didn't make it...

I guess it did too... 10:30 pm last night. Glad that there maple shack is still there and the house was fine and most of the other animals made it out.... Feel bads as this is the weekend they probably make alot of money and here they are with a huge loss.

"Eggy" Hunt

Time to go for an Egg Hunt. Alex loves watching egg surprise videos where they open eggs. So he can't wait to get those eggies.

Of course we have to open them right away and not get more.

Oh look 2 mommy..... He did get a bunch.

New SMO's ordered and Cup Cakes

So we went to get measured for new SMO's and his orthotist made us some cupcakes. I had found her on FB and she had made cakes and cupcakes. I asked her about it the last time we were there. Oh its just a hobby she said. She treated us to one of her creations. Alex and I enjoyed very much.
