So this week we were at the pediatricians 2 times and the Orthopedic . The pediatrician jokingly said its like a full time job going to all these appointments. I laughed and said things haven't changed any since I was pregnant with him. She laughed too knowing th e story of what went on with him. So he went to the doctor originally for a weight check. They didn't like that he weighed less even though he had casts on his legs the last time he was there although I told him that I suspected that they were about 10 oz from the documentation in the hosp. Another was his breathing was a bit wheezy and borderline high. Given that his brothers had colds they wanted to make sure this wasn't the cause.
Did a flu test and respiratory panel and made an appointment for the next day. Poor little guy had some major boogers in his nose and not an easy task getting them out, Who knew teeny babies are a pain in the butt because nothing is made for teeny babies. Figured out how to clear his nose and I got a happy breathing better baby.
3 weeks old and weighing 5 lbs 15 oz.
Friday at the Orthopedics. Looks like he's going to need a brace on his feet for awhile as he tends to curl his feet back into the same position and hates when you touch them. Good thing you are very cute. you are alot of work teeny baby.
