He's pretty good with his hands. The top picture he does all the time. He holds his pacifier in his mouth till he's sleepy and it falls out.
He's tried his thumb but its too small for him to sooth himself with. He will also pull out the pacifer if he doesn't want it and tries to hold the bottle. For a newborn that's pretty good, no wonder this kid kept us guessing whether he would be breech or not. The last week he was born he was head up Tuesday, Head down Wednesday (per the sonogram) and back to being head up the day he was born.
