Captains Log: Day 60... 2 MONTHS!!!

 2 months this has gone on with the Corona Virus....

2 months in what feels like an alternative universe.    I have tried to make it as normal as possible for the kids so they don't feel like life is too strange and that we can't live.   We have a routine we have done telehealth apts, telecounseling apts, teletherapies, school by google meet, zoom.  Some is good some has its limits. I guess the biggest thing for them is they get to sleep in as almost as late as they want.   Not totally but alot later than they would. Some where between 10-11am.  they eat breakfast/lunch  and we go some where in the afternoon.  its a mixture of summer vaction/summer school ??  just without warmer days.  Today wasn't bad.

Part of me depends on the day. What do I care.. we are doing this again tomorrow. 

 So Andrew's teacher dropped off some stuff to him  a book from the school on "words of wisdom "  a card and and a little card with words of encouragement.  Who would have thought that there last day of school would be  Friday March 13.

 So we went to LaSalle Park.  Jon likes the skate park with his scooter and we walked around. There was very few people here. A few other skateboarders and that is it. Very windy as the rain storms blew through

 They do have a playground and that is closed. Nobody on that one.
