They were going to take the Sump pump out yesterday. We all saw the weather forcast. I told them you can't or you are going to have a big problem. This is why I'm having it done. Weather like today where there is flooding issues. So they though they could replace the sump pump today.... The water kept pouring in as they tried to break up the old sump pump to get it out. The debris got stuck in the tube and wouldn't pump and they had to get another pump till they set up the new pump.
ON the brighter side.. Instead of the entire basement being wet from this it was all in the trench but the basement is a total disater
Their solution till they come back Monday.... its a bucket with holes and the new pump. its already getting a workout....
French pipes that will go in the trench to collect the water to go to the sump pump
