November 30

It does feel like its all blendin together.... that since March 2020 its all been a bad dream.   I knew going into this year that at the stroke of midnight that things weren't going to go back magically and that we would still be dealing with the virus. Was I hoping that by Dec of this year that we would be almost over....   But sometimes it doesn't feel like it.   Alex is at the point  were its totally normal to go to school in a mask

Well shopping... gotta wear one....

Jon had a cold so he didn't come.

Alex also lost 1 of his front teeth today too.

Quiet Sunday

Work... No Bills... Not much to do in the dark and cold... We went ot Stiglemeier Park and looked at the lights . Then went home for a bath and bed

We stopped at Niagara Falls to see there Holiday doings and then went over to Lockport

Jon didn't like his kiss from the Camel....   LOL....

It's one of those things that an activity is back but you don't know what to expect till you go there how they are going to handle life with COVID.   In the theater if you showed proof you could go without a mask.  As I have it I have the Excelsior ap on my phone and therefore proof of all but Alex's Covid vaccinations.   We still wore masks anyway.

The usual church didn't have the cookies and crafts but another church did have some fun stuff to do.  Train ride, Smores, popcorn and hot cocoa..

Darien Lake Holiday Display

So this time we stopped  as Santa was out. So we got pictures with him and they were doing balloon figures

 

Buffalo Science Museum

Was going to go down to Ithaca but there wasn't really anything I wanted to do. Weather wasn't great and getting the other kids up wasn't my idea of fun either so it was Alex and me for the morning 

 

So I guess with COVID every so often they replace the toys that are touched all the time.  They bring this in and exchange the toys for clean ones.  Good to know. A pain when they are in the middle of building something and are ticked it has to be replaced.
