Christmas Lights.

So we went over to Darien Lake for the Christmas Lights because why not......

Brought big blankets to wrap up in and watch the lights.  

After last night we needed something calmer....

The rain glissened off the pavement makingit look even better

We stopped at Tops on the way home....  Reality Check. Yep Pandemic still going strong!!

At this point we feel like we will never return to "normal" life. 

Last year I had the song "Better Days "  stuck in my head as I was hoping for them knowing the New Year was coming.... 

This year never heard on the radio once as their Christmas Song.... Instead I got "Stuck in the Moment"   by U2 in my head...

Some how that seems fitting.... Lyrics go something like.. "you got to get yourself together because you are stuck in a moment that you can't get out......"

Some how that seems fitting...feels like we are all stuck in a moment that we can't get out.

COVid is biting alot of the sports teams and they have to reschedule and redo Hockey seems to be the latest but there's been some with football and the players too.  It is what we are use to.
