Last year we went downtown and just walked around to see the Christmas decorations. There was no ceremony, there was no ice to skate. The tree looked mostly bare. The streets and sidewalks too.
We are still in the middle of Covid and somedays its more wearing than others, We are at our highest levels during this than ever but here we are doing the activities that we enjoyed before Covid. We are vaxxed and wear masks at times. With any of these activities we don't know what to expect. I really don't know about the ice here either as they weren't skating on it but its been warm too.
Either way there is ice this year...
What was even more fantastic to see was the loads of people in downtown Buffalo. Not only for this but mos of the store fronts on Main St are occupied. Canalside was rockin and the bandits played tonight. Buffalo is doing well despite the virus.
