Parade Time

Andrew loved waving and all of the attention and seeing people he knew

By the time it was our turn, he didn't want anything to do with his stroller he wanted to be held. So he sat on my shoulders most of the time. He was hot and tired. You can see him with Grandma starting to melt down

Memorial Day Parade!!

Andrew carrying the sign... on the side of the road was his grandparents and Aunt and a few cousins
Waiting to go!! It was hot this morning and we waited and waited

Memorial Day

Getting Ready to got to the parade....

Bonfire!!

Andrew and I went to his grandparents house to roast marshmallows and make smores. He got to play with some Sparklers too!

More from the Zoo

We liked the new area and the play ground is still new and thrilling as its only been there one other time. Jonathan would climb up it and slide down on his belly feet first.

The Zoo

We went to the Buffalo Zoo on Sunday...I know grass doesn't grow under our feet. Jonathan rode the kiddie train for the 1st time. Andrew was on it too, he sat up front. They opened a new part called heritage Farms which is what they have instead of the petting zoo... its set up like a farm on the Erie Canal

Canal Museum

Along with the Crayola Factory, you got to see the Canal Museum. It was kind of weird as it was more about the canals in PA. Coming from this area and being so close to the Erie Canal (and the song about it) , I forget there are other canals.

Andrew loved seeing and learning about the canal system

Things to do......

This took Jonathan time to figure out. He wanted to put the balls in here as he has seen one of these before.....But he has to run to another area put them inin this thing (below) and it would twist up to the ceiling and down to the other.
While Jonathan played, Andrew colored.....
