Captains Log: Day 800

Day 800:   Well I survived Covid now...the kids manged not to get it. And more important I felt good today too.  2 days in a row... woohoo.. Yeah definately not  cold or flu.

So I took Alex to the ENT as he always has sinus infections.  THis week he really is doing great with it.  I really haven't had to clean his nose out that much these last few weeks and I'm happy I haven't since its been a struggle for me.

He got poked and they always have trouble getting him.  He's a trooper.

Jon has been on my poop list since he has been nasty and disrespectful.... He got to mow the lawn.

 

Terrific Tuesday

What is this feeling.... I feel normal!!!!  No brain fog, fatigue, etc....  16 long days

Maniac Monday

This was not a good day for me.... this virus hung around all morning while I was trying to work.  It too a lot out me mentally as it messes with your cognative function.  It takes more power to do stuff you do without thinking about it.  Then zaps you energy till you barely feel like functioning.  

It was 61 degrees...  He wanted to play in the water.... 

Didn't care....

He was being mouthy.... I had it with him and didn't want to deal with him tonight...

 

Quiet Sunday

I had to go back to work and was tired but felt bwetter than I thought I would... 

 

Saturday

Eye test... Little Far sighted... otherwise good.

Out to eat to celebrate my birthday

Baseball Game

Finally really feeling better... I can go with out being on mucinex, energy level is up enough to take a walk.  The mental fog is better and so is everything else. I'm not saying 100% but more like 75% and I'm good with that.....

Everybody is negative....... 3 boys and me below.

 

Getting there

Alex ready for school and we went to the park after...

I had an up and down day.  The congestion is FINALLY easing but yesterday kicked my butt and I was tired and foggy most of the day.... I figured I might as well give into it.  I had no where to be and "enjoy" the time off.  

 Jon had an away game.

Half day of School

So they got out of school early as they had a half day.... We went to the Power Vista and then Niagara Falls.   They had a fire Drill that lasted a bit and we walked around

The Tulips were finally in bloom. We didn't stay long as I was tired and it started to rain.  I did wear a mask everywhere I went at this point.  I still tire easily and the congestion is still there.   Sometimes I think this will never end... after over a week of feeling the same way, it does wear on you. I took a nap when I got home.
