I thought maybe we are tired and hungry. He did drink. Didn't eat much, he rested but didn't nap and we went back outside. Yes he's wearing underwear. I figure what the heck he's going to get wet anyway. He's very good if you put him on the toilet. (not a big fan of the little potties) He will go everytime. But you have to bring him or otherwise he will pee on the floor. He can stay dry for long periods of time. I have had him in underwear for a few hours and then he starts whining he wants a diaper back on. Still working to get him to poop. Little by little
