Back at Children's hospital again. Part of me is happy he is finally getting this down. He's been mouth breathing, snoring and snorting and a host of other things that's making me happy we are doing this including his speech. He rarely talks and if he does its only one word. He may only say a few words a day. He totally understands everything...cognitive wise he is fine. He will be starting speech soon but I think this will help a lot.
