Captains Log :Day 427 Light at the End of the Tunnel

Well after Thursday's announcement that fully vaccinated people can stop wearing masks the state has agreed too....  This is an odd feeling since I have been fully vaxed for 4 months.  Now its on the honor system??  So what it comes down to is that the unvaxed will chose not to wear masks too??    Again... let them not wear masks and be idiots we have been doing what right for so long.

Then there is this..... 

This was one of the benefits of covid!!  Spectacular too.    It was nice in NYC with very clean Subway system....   They kids really didn't know how good they had it.     I'm so glad I did take the chance and they did get to see NYC. I know its left an lasting impression on them.

 

Anyway playground.. .Alex knows the rules so does Jon.

We went out to eat. this is the 3rd time this month I have eaten inside.... we went 14-15 months with out eating inside and now 3 times in a month... WOW.  

It does feel like its the beginning of the end of this thing... things are starting to go back to a near normal.

We have been scarred from this there is no doubt.  427 days of this...   from the time it affect our lives... day by day how we got through. What we could do, what we couldn't. How we handled life.

Its a lesson leaned in time.

One day those signs will be gone  and we will forget how we did things during a pandemic.  How we managed.
