Practicing Tuba

Jon brought his Tuba home to practice and Alex loved trying to play it too. I was impressed he got do how to make the tuba sound from it.

Ummm Happy Spring???

So after finding a hole in my water heater last week or so I had it replaced. Serves me for being cheap I guess, I had a leaky faucet and accidentally turned off the water heater gas.  Had a hard time starting it as I was cheap and didn't want to pay to fix a leaky faucet.... turns out the water heater needed replacing....  ummm leaky faucet doesn't looks so bad.

First day of Spring and we got flowers.

Cave of the Winds Winter Edition

 The Falls

 There were LOTS of Birds out there

 The path to the American Falls that was obviously closed because of the ice.....

New Pavillion on Goat Island

 Last year they redid Niagara Falls State park on Goat Island and built alot of new stuff.  This is one of the things they did.   We had gone in some of it  during Christmas time but didn't see the whole thing.   They also had the Cave of the Winds open but  not all of it so it was cheap. What the heckI haven't gone down in the Winter so why not.

The movie... 

More from the History Museum

 This is  the new part... We saw it before but it is interesting with all the area sports... Bandits, Bison's Bills and Sabres not to mention they do mention the Braves and the Bills old stadium. 

Making the call...... you listen then you get to to call the game.

No School Friday.....

 So the kids had off.....Staff development I guess.   So we went to the Buffalo History Museum to get some learning in..... Of course it was free which is a good reason too.
